Gazmend Zulbeari,

MD, PhD Founder & Chief Executive Officer

The journey of Inspire Global Talent (IGT) is built on entrepreneurship, international experience, and a commitment to creating lasting value for businesses and society.

While studying medicine, Dr. Gazmend Zulbeari demonstrated an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age. At just 21 years old, he traveled to China, where he spent three months attending business events and exhibitions in Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. During this period, he established valuable international business relationships that led to his first venture—importing and trading construction materials from China to North Macedonia.

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Zulbeari expanded his entrepreneurial activities into the healthcare sector by establishing a private hospital specializing in nephrology and hemodialysis. He later developed another innovative healthcare project by launching a medical cannabis greenhouse with an extraction facility, further strengthening his experience in managing complex, highly regulated industries.

At the age of 36, Dr. Zulbeari relocated to Germany, where he gained practical management experience by working in various leadership positions. During this period, he observed one of the country’s greatest economic challenges—the growing shortage of skilled workers across multiple industries. Recognizing both the need and the opportunity, he founded Inspire Global Talent (IGT) in Hameln, Lower Saxony, Germany, in 2025, with the mission of connecting qualified professionals with employers seeking reliable workforce solutions.

One year later, to support the company’s international expansion and optimize its corporate structure, the headquarters were relocated to Tetovo, North Macedonia. Under Dr. Zulbeari’s leadership, IGT evolved from a recruitment company into a diversified service provider offering Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Cleaning Services, Workforce Solutions, Catering, and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).

Dr. Zulbeari believes that successful businesses have a responsibility that extends beyond financial performance. His vision is to build an organization that creates opportunities, contributes to economic development, and generates a positive social impact through ethical leadership and responsible business practices.

Throughout his career, he has believed that character is more important than talent. While talent can be developed through education, training, and experience, qualities such as honesty, integrity, loyalty, discipline, and accountability form the foundation of long-term success. These principles continue to shape the culture and values of Inspire Global Talent.

His long-term vision is to establish Inspire Global Talent as an internationally respected company recognized for corporate excellence, operational efficiency, discipline, punctuality, innovation, and uncompromising service quality. By combining international standards with a people-centered approach, Dr. Zulbeari aims to build an organization that clients trust, employees are proud to represent, and future generations will regard as a benchmark for professional excellence.
